Baked in color
Baked in Color is the dessert food truck you’ve seen on Delish, Thrillist, and Dessert Insider. The Huffington Post said her “chocolate chip cookies have had a makeover and may be too sweet to eat.” Owner Julie Waxman perfected the chocolate chip cookie recipe she had been using since college and added the colors she found in other rainbow desserts.
This dessert cart serves delicious and colorful cakes, cookies, and colorful cakes. Party planners love it because Baked in Color can customize your order to match the colors of a birthday, graduation, or holiday party.

Brookie, a Baked in Color specialty, starts with a delicious brownie and then tops it with a layer of Oreos and then another layer of cookies. Beautiful to look at, impossible not to eat.
Waffles & Things
The Wafels & Dinges dessert food truck is dedicated to providing customers with authentic Belgian waffles that are tasty but not soggy. “Dinges,” or toppings, include bacon cookie crumbs, strawberries, bananas, Belgian chocolate fudge, Nutella, and whipped cream. It’s not for nothing that this dessert cart is regularly seen at weddings, bar and bat mitzvah parties, and corporate parties. Belgian waffles + delicious toppings are amazing.
Take a bite of this: The Double Trouble
It is not for nothing that De Double Trouble calls this dessert car the Cadillac of waffles. Strawberries, whipped cream, bacon cake, and Nutella are nestled between two fresh, golden brown waffles. There are no problems here.
You’ll understand why Bananas gets rave reviews when you try this handmade cream-based mousse with fluffy wafers, fresh fruit, and more. BuzzFeed says you’ve never had banana pudding like it, and they’re right. With the consistency of tiramisu and the shape of ice cream, there are more than 30 flavors, some of which forego bananas altogether.
Owners Trisha & Lloyd say they want to spread joy with a new way of making desserts. Their dessert food truck delivers Strawberry Banana, Lychee Rose Oreo, and more in flavored waffle cones, push pops, and prepackaged balls.
Try a piece of this: OG #Baonanas
This best-selling favorite is one of the reasons Baonana’s dessert truck is busy. OG #Baonanas is a light vanilla mousse with soft Nillawafers and sliced bananas. It will drive you crazy.
Chip City’s signature cookies once existed in a small shop. Luckily, Chip City co-founder Teddy Gailas is now driving the cloud-covered dessert truck with the cookies you’re craving. The warm, gooey, freshly baked cookies have many fans, many of whom have favorites among the 14 classic flavors and fillings.
But why don’t you play on the field? Chocolate chip or triple chocolate, blueberry cheesecake or funfetti, s’mores or butterscotch toffee – Chip City has everything you need from head to toe.
Take a bite of this: Nutella Sea Salt
Roasted hazelnuts and a Nutella filling are the perfect accompaniment. It’s also a filling cookie: Weighing in at 5.25 ounces each, this dessert truck’s cookies are some of the largest cookies around.
Glazed and confused
Glazed & Confused advertises “fresh mini donuts” on the side of their bright blue dessert cart, and that’s exactly what owners Dan and Larry deliver. The fresh, flavored, made-to-order donuts are fluffy and slightly crunchy at the same time – the wide selection of glazes and toppings provide the proverbial icing on the cake.
Enjoy your snack knowing that they use no artificial base ingredients and that their donut dough is free of trans fats. Go for the classic dusted with powdered sugar and cinnamon, or choose a fan favorite like doNutella or S’mores. There are also some options for those 21 and older.
Try: Cookies & Cream
Cookies & Cream is every sweet tooth’s dream. The fresh mini donuts are topped with Oreo crumbs, chocolate glaze, and powdered sugar. Sweet, soft, crunchy, you eat every bite.
